Branch not sensitive to the needs of the elderly. I can not elaborate on a public forum because of possible litigations. My branch is in Wake Forest and I always receive excellent care. I will forward my concerns to the individual that you instruct to everyone else..
I went to Wells Fargo on Spring Forrest rd for the first time, I needed a multi party check endorsed. Branch manager Kieshara was able to help me right away, she was very patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you!
I came in to accomplish 3 different things on my account and Mr. Christopher Perkins was super friendly, fast and was very detailed about my account and what I can do with it. Thank you for being 1st class!!
Each and every time I go to the drive-thru @ the 3400 Spring Forest Rd location it takes greater than 25 mins. It’s so annoying. It’s only at this location that I’ve experienced such horrible service. It takes forever just to make a deposit. Just today I was in line for at least 15min and it took over 13 mins to make a check deposit without a cash return. I don’t understand the delay. Horrible!!!!
Just when you think the wait times couldn't get any worse, now they only have one drive-thru open claiming the other Isle needs Servicing. How much longer will it take Wells Fargo Corporate to wake up and see that the country has reopened so should their Banks
