Hoods Crossroads Shopping Center

Round about can get pretty busy but the stores are decent. It has a nice little variety of things there. Groceries, bite too eat, drug store, and dollar store. There are a couple other stores as well. The stores I have visited over there have been friendly, clean, and decently priced.

The store is actually relaxing. I went on a Saturday morning since I was in the area. They have a great stock of items and the employees are friendly. The store was clean and organized as well.

Normal dollar general, & I whip frequently at all the Dollar Trees in the Mint Hill/Matthews area because some stores have items others do not carry. Such as- One thing I love about this particular Dollar Tree is that they always have a new different, (what I’d consider too costly to be sold at this price) Sunbeam lamp/light. I’ve bought two there so far. For $1! These were name brand small lamps. I went back the second time to buy a second lamp like I did the first time, but they had sold out. (Not surprised) and I found this sunbeam bendable LED office desk lamp. Both lamps came with bulbs. Again for $1! I will be going back frequently to scope out what new stuff they get in next.

Tried the Chicken Philly. It was pretty good. Next time there, going to try the homemade lasagna. The pizza buffet is temporarily closed due to the covid-19 regulations. Good food and good service. A definite stop and eat place.

This store is big and clean and everyone is helpful and courteous!
