The staff is very friendly and take time to answer all questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed. I left with full understanding of the treatment. I never felt pressured but was given the information I needed to select the course of action that was most beneficial to my pets and family. My pets were treated wonderfully and I would say that the staff sincerely care about them. It’s that extra care that makes a difference for me.

Our experience have always been very clear and very reassuring. There is never any rush to move onto another appointment. We are always treated with graciousness. Dr Barker is our vet for our 2 cats and he is very encouraging, understanding, and kind. He answers all questions and concerns we might have and will talk with us until we are comfortable and secure with each circumstance be it positive or challenging. We have also had other vets treating our pets if Dr Barker is unavailable and we are given the same grace and personal attention without hesitation. We are grateful for all staff members. If it weren't for all the ladies and gentlemen that have a hand in making Sun Valley work smoothly, it would be difficult to take our furry family members in. Thankfully, that isn't a concern to say the least. We are grateful for everyone who treats and cares for our pets from the moment they enter until it's time to go home.nThankfully,nJanie Bowman

Dr Barker and Dr Dewey are awesome!nThey truly care about your pets.nMy Sammie and my Pepper and I just love them!nThey explain things to you so you understand, the very back to you almost immediately... they answer all your questions.nI definitely without a doubt recommend this practice!!

Dr. Barker and the wonderful staff at Sun Valley Animal Hospital were all so very kind and caring when my precious dog couldn’t take the pain anymore. They made our decision so much easier to put her to rest. Dr Barker suggested we take her home and love her and say our goodbyes and that made it easier to see her go. Thank you Sun Valley Animal Hospital for such caring people.

So happy I switched my fur babies to Sun Valley. Everyone is so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They offer curbside, which is very helpful, as I have an infant and toddler. Also, I love that I can purchase flea and heart worm medication on their website-so convenient! Highly recommend!
