Medcare Pharmacy

I've been a customer 5 years this past May... The staff are friendly,courteous and call you by name kindly. If they have recently become corporate owned.. They still treat you with the patient small business feeling. Convenient location. There's also a Post Office inside. I have no complaints, I know all the employees by name as they know mine and talk to me like a friend not just production line as corporate chains are taught. The possible slight wait you may have is worth the friendly service. I have referred and recommended many friends and family and will refer or recommend to anyone. If you're in hurry, as most Americans usually are these days,this place isn't for you...stick with uptight, hurry up and wait corporate franchises that have longer hours of operation, you'll fit in better. If you like friendly,courteous,steady service that will do everything they can to get you taken care of with affordable prices....I highly recommend Medcare. I'd give more stars if their we're an option I would.nKeep up the great work ❤ufe0f

Imagine going to a business and receiving a lecture about how you can’t have a receipt for your transaction because they’re trying to reduce costs. Yes that’s right, they’re cutting back on thermal paper....nnHopefully your business is not actually struggling. If it is, here’s a hint..... it’s not because of the thermal paper. If it’s not, it soon will be if you continue to give your customers the same experience I received.

Very friendly staff and easy to do business with. I love the feel of a hometown drugstore.

Much less crowded and better staff than any pharmacy around. They are always available by phone and when you have a special need they take care of it.

As of today, Grant is no longer working as a pharmacist & I feel like I am losing the best medical professional (aside one other) that I have ever had in my life because Grant cares. I know he cares about everyone he helped. I was thinking about leaving even though I love Ms. Sam, Ms. Brit, Mrs. Xyphenna, Ms. Kay - Well, all the ladies! I haven't seen Val in a while but I adore him & Gus has grown on me too. Cindy & Lou, great pharmacist and Emily just surprised me pleasantly during a phone conversation; one I didn't expect. The owner does care as well & he's one of the first ones to ever prove it.nnGrant, if you read this please know for close to seven years you treated me better than any doctor at Lake Park Family Practice. You fought for me over something as simple as a breathing treatment! You made sure I had my much needed medications no matter what. I in turn tried to look after you and your profession anyway I could. I don't know what I am going to do without you being there because you are beyond professional and friendly, your intelligence level combined with knowledge you've gained from your profession has made you the BEST PHARMACIST I have ever had the pleasure of knowing!nnLike others, I gladly have paid more for my meds for you and the team to be my pharmacy people. I have gladly put up with the hours, though I always wanted you guys to close at 9 PM. I have bought so many therapeutic items from the store, I can honestly say it's where almost my entire inventory come from! Don't go away please...it will not be the same.
