Paid for and placed my order online but when I got to the location to pickup, they were closed? Hoping I can get my money back.
I’ve been to this location multiple times, and it is always staffed with 16 year olds with no customer service. They’re very rude and only speak at a whisper even when the blender is running. I picked up a large order today, and a boy filled up a sample cup with one of my smoothies and drank it, leaving the cup not full. I asked them to please write the names in the smoothies and they only wrote it on the one that I handed back. It’s really ridiculous.
Awesome place! I will give it 100 stars if needed. This girl named Veronica is the best and the nicest person ever. She got everything done very fast. She definitely needs a raise! Wish there were more people like that!
First off, this place is ALWAYS understaffed, they NEVER answer the phone which makes it less than convenient if trying to place a to go order. Went there a few days ago and as always I pull up my phone to use the app. The cashier says there was an error but somehow it deducted points but didn’t translate into a discount, she continues to say there was an error on my part and she can’t do anything about it. When I asked if there is someone I could call, perhaps a corporate office she says they couldn’t do anything to help me. Perhaps if management would appropriately staff the place, the staff wouldn’t be that rude.
