I have ordered from this location for years but never again!!! My order was not delivered on time 2 times.in a row. The first manager said she gave me a $20 credit and she did not. The pizza made it 2.5 hours later and it was not cooked all the way and it was cold. So I tried again, same issue! I call a hour later it took 3 people to find my order then a 10 minute hold to talk to the manager. She could not provide the number to complain and had no clue what was happening. Domino's will get all of my business from next on. Blind leading the blind!
The pizza was over cooked. I had hard cooked beef and dried stuffed crust. Pathetic. I have visitors from New York and could not even defend this product
Placed a call over the phone for Beyond Sausage pizza. The guy took my order and when I got to the store I paid before the manager came out and said they no longer carry the pizza. Had to wait for a refund and figure out alternate dinner plan at 530 on a Friday night.
Y’all this pizza hut is the best! I’ve been ordering from them for over 10 years and if you have an issue, they will fix it! Love my Indian trail Pizza Hut! Y’all are the best!
