Went to the Indian Trail NC location at 10:10 pm to order take out. Their hours are advertised until 11pm. Walked in to place my order and was told they already put everything away and acted as if it was a bother to have to pull something out to make a pizza. I left without placing an order and will not return. We are regular customers of theirs but they have lost our loyalty! We will definitely find a new pizza location to be loyal to!
Needs to get on the ball a little faster. Don't leave customers standing out front and ignore them. If you're that busy put more employees on the clock.
Everything was great till I found a fly in my family size Caesar salad. Thinking about barfing since my boyfriend and I have eaten half of the salad already. Mad I wasted my money here.
