I ordered a necklace for my wife via this seller and almost immediately the issues started. When I placed my order I paid for 2 day shipping on a Sunday and it wasn’t until Friday of the next week I get an email stating she couldn’t send out my order until the next week. I wasn’t given any reason for the delay and so I contacted the seller to inquire what the issue was, she stated the “she forgot my order”. So I requested a refund and have not received it. Very very unprofessional to say the least!

Appreciated the personal touch, the handwritten thank you. It's one of those very important small things. Got this for my eight year old granddaughter and she was delighted.
