Jordan is very professional and timely. I have been going to her for a men’s cut and it’s on point 100% of the time. I myself own a small business and therefore know what customer service looks like. Hands down would give 6 stars if I could.
My wife went to get a specific pixie cut today, showed the “stylist” pictures of the cut she wanted, which had multiple views of the cut and told her that she wanted that cut. Instead of doing anything even remotely close to what my wife wanted, the “stylist” decided to just give her a boy cut and be done with it. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Jordan is the BEST!! Love every cut + color every time!
