Nice people working there and easy access. Big sign on door says you need a mask to enter that I watched 5 people ignore and staff does nothing about ( one guy is a regular customer, never wears mask) we're in a pandemic. Please close this place down or get strict about the mask policy.
Every time i gas up here since june 2019 i have to go inside to get my gas reciept whwn i ask for it at the pump if i wanted to get my reciept inside i would of paid inside this is the only shell in all of charlotte that is consistently out of receipt paper at the pump
Any time I'm in the Mint Hill area, I stop and top off my tank at this Shell. Its been my experience that it always has the lowest price in South Charlotte between Pineville and Mint Hill.
Cashier working the register does not know how to give receipts back to customer. Their pumps outside do not give receipts also.
My experience at this store is amazing It's actually my fave. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I dropped my drink one time and it was cleaned up right away. I didn't get the clumsy person stare. These individuals are so dedicated to there job its not even funny. Always clean I'll drive 30 mins here anyday. Thanks guys
