This pharmacy is the worst. I’ve had so many issues here. Recently I dropped off five prescriptions around noon and they said they would call me when it was ready. I told them I had to start taking it that night. Well by 5 I still hadn’t gotten a call so I called them, saturday on hold for 1/2 an hour to find out they hadn’t even started them. Called again an hour later and they still weren’t done. I finally just went over there and stood there waiting until they were done.nAnother day this week I went in with one prescription I had to start right away. They told me they couldn’t fill it until tomorrow. How can a pharmacy not accept walk in urgently needed prescriptions? I had to argue with them and wait an hour in the store to get it. Mostly because I stood by the register watching them so they wouldn’t forget me. I’m definitely looking for a new pharmacy.

This CVS has the absolute WORST customer service! I have heard the staff talking about previous customers in a bad manner. This place is trash!

For the most part, they’re pretty rude at this location. They give you the impression they are doing you a favor by doing their job. The last timee I was there was because I lost my inhaler. I got there at the same time they close and all the gates were down already. I stood outside the gate and was ignored for 10 minutes until I finally asked someone for help. Told them I was having trouble breathing and really needed my inhaler prescription refilled. They DID NOT refill it!

Took my business to Publix pharmacy. This place is to busy for customer service.
