Excellent staff
Easy and friendly. My dog always looks happy and good when I I pick him up from his grooming appointments. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for and max seems to like going there.
They were amazing and able to comb out matted hair on an old kitty and in need of care. The animals look happy while getting groomed and the care was affordable! Thank you
Had an amazing experience with them. Found two very small kittens. They fit me in the same day. Even let me reschedule. They went over and beyond during the visit. There was a little wait but while waiting you could even see how much everyone truly loves their job there. Thank you!
Not the best place, and expensive. They didn’t have change so they shorted me, so they decided to put it on “credit”. The lady should have told me they didn’t have change so I could have just paid with my card, but she decided to tell me after I gave her the cash. Then the pet nurse took my dogs collar and leash off while trimming her nails and I had to wait over 20 mins just to get it back, while the lady at the front desk was being rude about it. I just wanted to leave. The people were kinda friendly, but I don’t think I’ll be going back. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb♀ufe0f
