Wait 4 days to have a medication that I literally can not can not live without filled. Was told it would be ready tomorrow for 3 days. Spoke with the pharmacist who very rudely interrupted me. Told me they only had 3 pills on the shelf. Why wasn't I told that until now. I feel awful . This is the 3rd time this has happened with one of my meds in the last 6 months. Inform your customers better. Your going to put someone in the hospital. Had I known I never would have had your location fill this to begin with. I understand your job is frustrating. Some compassion and understanding goes a long way. As frustrating as me calling everyday was for you was. I promise feeling absolutely awful because of a pill you need to be able to function is way more frustrating.

Last 4 months to get a certain brand of medication have been quite the process, multiple pharmacists with absolutely no clue what's going on. The amount of effort they put into giving me the wrong brand just to push stock is a bit concerning and embarrassing. I've been on this medication for ~10 years and this is the only place that actually went to the extremes of doing this. Wish they wouldve just simply told me no instead of the pharmacist hiding behind the wall and having the techs feed me their nonsense.

I've been here several times for my own or for family members' prescriptions, and I've never had them treat me badly. They always seem courteous and willing to help, and I appreciate them. The prices aren't bad and although there is sometimes a wait time (it's a small pharmacy) I've rarely had it be that long.

Great prices and clean store, but terrible customer service. Whenever I've had to have them make a correction, they always seem annoyed and say there's nothing they can do about. I don't plan to go back to this store because I recently had a very bad experience with how hue treated me.
