After a hard day with little time for breaks, we order PJ’s thin crust pizzas. Everybody’s excited and looking forward to hearing the Back door bell ringing. I ordered over the phone and could tell the employee was new and was being given instructions from the background. She was nervous and not warm and fuzzy over the phone. I told her that she was doing a good job and to hang in there. Since then I have ordered online. The owner showed up with the pizza last night. That tells me that he can’t get enough help and they are doing everything they can to take care of their business. That is what we do everyday also, due to nobody wanting to work anymore. Keep up the good work guys.

OK EDIT: my new best friend Dee, the GM, gave me a call the next day, personally apologized about our toppings (!!), offered me a free pizza and put a note in our account to put the toppings on top of the cheese for future orders. ud83dude2dTHANKSnnThe actual service and place is fine and usually comes within the delivery or pickup estimate but I am seriously perplexed by this. We semi regularly order pizza with toppings - this is pepperoni. Every time I’m like “well maybe they’ll get it right..” Is this a regional thing? Toppings are supposed to go on top of the cheese. Why do I get soggy pepperoni under the cheese?

Was hungry and this hit the spot. Made a mistake by not ordering thin crust but this was not their fault. Would recommend. The works.

We ordered one pizza, poppers, soda and a brownie 2hrs ago and it's still not here. I live one mile away. I understand it's Friday night and I'd expect an hour maybe a little more, but this is ridiculous. Should've gone to LC I woulda had twice the pizza half the price, and quicker even if I walked there....

The employees are always very nice when i go in . People need to understand food service people work hard while always short handed . Love papa johns they have good pizza ud83cudf55
