Every time I come here I am blown away by the customer service. They are thorough, friendly, organized and efficient. They’ve never gotten my order wrong, even if there is a long line the wait is short, and they are always pleasant. The management team here and the front line workers are something special. Thank you!
The lady at the register was so sweet! She was joking with me and other customers. It was nice. You can tell that she was smiling under her mask.
we were disappointed two weekends in a row. rude service...or actually no service at all last weekend and only received less than half of our order this weekend. the insults about our age because we ordered something that was no longer on the menu was especially classy
10/16/19 Terribly slow on lunch rush. Got rude with customers that wanted money back after waiting 45 minutes.nSoap dispenser and other items are always broken. A booth has been out of order for months. Front door is also often broken. Still eat here because I have limited options on my lunch hour but would avoid if I had more time.nn10/15/20- year later zero change. Staff is slow, if manager is not working lunch prepare to wait 40min for simple items. Several people out of picture standing (10) here waiting over 30 min
