Triple hashbrown with ham, che, and chili and a double pecan waffle that I drowned in syrup. I was quite satisfied!
Food was awesome, service was even better!!!
I started off the morning by going to the waffle house just around the corner from my apartment (Lyndon location). I sat down at a space on the counter without the covid don't sit here sign. None of the staff greeted me or said anything, its Saturday morning around 9am so its kind of busy, but after a few minutes one of the staff told me the whole counter was closed and I'd have to wait a few minutes for a table, which was fine, but I just felt more comfortable driving to a different location, so I came here. The chairs at the counter had signs at every spot and bags over the chairs, and were taped off. It was much more apparent the counter was closed here, so I easily avoided making that faux pas again! Chris was quick to great me and kindly explain they didn't want customers waiting inside for a seat due to the government mandated restrictions, but I could leave my name and number and they would contact me as soon as a table was ready. So I sat in my vehicle for a few minutes and then Chris was extremely friendly and provided excellent service and the food was great too. Totally changed my morning for the better. Thanks again Chris and WH!
