The manager blatantly told me that she was closed at 6:41 p.m. The store closes at 7p.m. I go straight across to Burger King in bird's eye view of Subway and see 3 customers walk into the store. I think she felt some type of way because the last time I was there I asked her to change gloves. She was writing with a pen and proceeded to get the bread out of the oven with the same gloves on!!
Fresh delicious food. Customer service felt dry and uncaring. Smile people.
The staff is always nice, but I’ve gotten sick from the rotisserie chicken twice there. I opened up the sandwich and the chicken looked weird, almost like it had been in a food processor instead of the stringy chicken chunks like usual. I now go to a different location and haven’t had any issues with meat freshness.
Came in 30 minutes before close. Staff was pleasant and had my pick up order ready right when it should be! Great sandwich too - Made just the way I ordered.
All the food in there looked like it was weeks old so we ended up not ordering anything from there
