Strangest visit to a Penn Station I've ever had. We walk in to an empty restaurant and right off the bat they say We're out of fries and pepperoni. But they have pepperoni that can be cut and potatoes that can be cut. The girl at the grill just makes excuses while the boys just stared at us with no response. My sandwich was made entirely incorrect. I said No onions.....I did not say Nothing on my sandwich. My cheese steak had meat and cheese....that's it. There is a serious management issue happening here. I'm not from around here but I frequent Penn Station because I've never been disappointed. This visit was so disappointing that I'm truly confused and don't want to attempt to have them fix it because they are clearly incompetent at best.
Andrew and a girl were The only two working and they were as suspicion as they could have been. Andrew greeted every single guest with a smile and was pleasant the whole time. they need some help in there because it was extremely busy during lunch rush and they kept moving forward. I appreciate them doing so well!
Food is well prepared. Waited a long time. I guess fresh food do take time to cook :)
Great staff and good selection of sandwiches. Impressive
The staff is nice and their subs are superb. Good stuff.
