The hospital gave us a list of places to visit for my mama for physical therapy. I am glad we went to visit because if I had listened to some of the other reviews we would have missed out on a great place. We would definitely use them again if we need to.

I hate to say this but I didn't get a good feeling of this place when I came to visit. Everyone looked pitiful. They have abuse going on and neglect. I seen an elderly lady puking all over herself and No one I mean no one came to check she was almost choking. I ran and got help. They are understaffed and can't keep up with up all the people in there that they care for. We are thankful for the good workers in there. I will be calling dss services and I will get it investigated because yall will have to answer to god one day for those of yall mistreating them. God protects our people even when we can't see what truly goes on.

I have visited several friends who have been at Universal for short-term rehab before going back home, and the therapy team there is awesome! The Director of Nursing is very knowledgeable. The nurses and CNA's are very nice. I would go to Universal for rehab myself if I ever needed to. Great group of people in a family atmosphere!

this place doesnt deserve anything but a one star to me,Christie doesnt stay in touch with ppl very well,we r not putting my mother-in-law here....i dont know anyone else as of now,but this place can rot in hell
