Food is usually good but the prices are rising every few months.the doors are locked and the drive thru line is usually wrapped around the building and back out on to the street .you will be waiting a while .

Marie our cashier was awesome friendly nice lady made us welcome. My Mom enjoyed her chicken sandwich and coleshaw but her decaff coffee was cold. My biscuit Cajon Chicken with pimento extra was very tasty. The biscuit was a little crunchy. We did go late in the day and they maybe why. Overall good for a fast food restaurant.

They need to take some pointers from Chick-fil-A... Super slow drive thru. And when I say super slow, I mean redicuoulsly slow. 11am and the drive thru has barely moved for 15 minutes. Line all the way into the road at this point.nnUpdate:nIt would appear the kitchen is the reason for the slow down. Unable to keep up with the volume...

Stopped in on my way home for a quick supper, had to wait on my food which is fine at the time . After I received my food and pulled off they had forgotten the sauces and I had to turn around and go back. I went to the ordering screen and asked if they could bring them out the side door so I would not have to wait in the line again. They told me to pull to the second window, I asked again and the manger said pull to the second window again. When I got to the window, after waiting for 10 minutes, I asked why they could not bring the two sauces to me. The manager said they were busy and could not bring the sauces to me. I told her my time was just as important as hers and it was their mistake. She quit talking to me and told me she had noting else to say to me. Not very good customer service, food when I got home was small and cold. Will not be going back.
