Pre-ordered 2 large platers. When I arrived to pick it up for my event, the staff did not have a clue. My order was not ready and I ended up changing it to just 1 plater and 2 salads, while I waited for it to be made. I had placed an order on Friday for both days. When I picked up Saturdays order, I had asked for Cucumbers and Jalapenos on the side. They placed it in one container. I had to ask for them to give me a fresh order due to no one would appreciate spicy cucumbers. Sometimes you just need to use your brain.

I hate this subway, their hasn't been one time I very ever enjoyed my sub. They have one job, to listen to customers. And make a sub, and they cant do that. Either the mic is broke on the speaker in the drive through or they really just dont listen. I got jalapenos on my sub, and banana peppers..but they go OVER the top and piled enough on there to not even be able to taste the sub. I wouldnt quit your day job, if you cant even make a sub.

If zero stars were available, I'd give zero!nUNBELIEVABLE! Ordered a steak & cheese footlong and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad. Got it home and there was only steak on half the footlong. There were 2 TINY squares of chicken and a half slice of bacon on the salad and NO ranch anywhere! We've had issues with orders from this location before but, THIS WILL BE OUR LAST! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!
