Always have a great experience when dealing with Annette, Chris or Matt whether I am buying something for myself or my wife. They always have a great selection of new and estate jewelry. Their recommendation on a Citizen Eco Drive wrist watch over 15 years was a great investment as it is worn everyday and still running strong. I've had rings resized and cleaned numerous times. Over the years when friends have asked where I bought my wife's engagement ring I confidently send them to Long Jewelers because I know they will treat them in the same great manner they have always treated me.
