Here at the Walgreens in King, the pharmacist John and the staff were so helpful and kind helping me through the process of getting my covid vaccine, I saw how busy they were, wearing many hat. Than you for your kindness
Pharmacy drive thru was inefficient and the girl at the window was rude, she spoke to me like she was being bothered to do her job.
I had a terrible experience here in the Walgreens pharmacy drive thru. I was treated very rudely by the pharmacy staff member. She seemed bothered that I asked her to do her job and research why I was being charged double what I normally pay. The pharmacist was nice, however, and got my medicine reduced to the normal rate I usually pay but the experience was tiring. I will be looking for another pharmacy. People shouldn't be treated this way when purchasing medicine.
Not very friendly, act like you are bothering them. The phone notifications are screwy, you get a call saying you have one needing to be refilled soon, you call, they just ask if you are needing something today! And God forbid you ask for refills sooner than a week. I like Rite Aid much better. Walgreens needs better experienced people working in the pharmacy. Too slow.
My wife & daughter recently had her passport photo done here, they were rejected at the post office for being to dark and too large. Unfortunately we lost the receipt, as it took a while to gather the rest of the documentation for the passport. Had to get pics taken at post office anyway. Out $20
