We have worked on finding the perfect engagement and wedding band set for over 18 months. We have been to probably 10 places in that time. Casey, our salesperson diligently spent 4 hours with my wife building the perfect set. 0% interest for 18 months made it more flexible for what we wanted. Excellent service and amazing product availability.

This jewelry store is so nice, fancy and clean! You really feel like you are shopping at a high end jewelry store. The employee was able to help us and she was friendly and not pushy at all! She showed us all available options for engagement rings and we were able to pick out the diamond and setting which best fit our needs. I would definitely recommend Shane Co to anyone!

I had a great experience. In the past I had thought Shane Co was for people with more money than me but the sales rep showed me otherwise. She was friendly and very helpful. I gave her a budget I had to work with and she brought out lots of really nice ring settings and loose stones I could afford and was so kind about spending the time with me to make sure I was happy with my choices. Personalized shopping experience! The store was clean & well lit so I could really see the fine detail in the jewelry and everyone was friendly. I felt right at home and actually had fun. Now I have a friend in the diamond business and I will be back :)

I truly couldn’t be more pleased with my experiences at Shane Co. Everyone was wonderful but I have to commend Miranda specifically for being so amazing! She really went above and beyond trying to find a stone for me that was exactly what I was envisioning. She answered all my questions with such grace - quite a feat given how little I know about jewelry! And she made me feel so comfortable and excited for the process. I’m already looking forward to returning for the next piece of jewelry I’ll need!

I will say it's a nice place. The safety measures they're taking to combat Covid 19 are good... However, the employee wasn't very patient with us and didn't act like he cared very much about the conversation my husband tried to make.
