Terrible customer service. I placed an online order and failed to add additional comments when asked. I called within minutes of placing my order and requested Parmesan Cheese packets and salt and pepper packets along with a ranch dressing for my wings. I was told she would notate the order for the driver.y food arrived in a timely manner and hot too. That’s a plus! Unfortunately I didn’t receive any of my requested condiments. I called again and someone else answered the call this time. The lady looked at my account and said “I don’t see any of those requests on the account and since it’s condiments, we won’t send the driver back out.” She then proceeded to say “you’re lucky you got your wings. They tend to forget those with deliveries.” This is terrible customer service. As I’m typing I just received a knock on my door and they have delivered 2 personal pan pizzas, I guess to say “I’m sorry;” btw, still no condiments. I do appreciate the gesture, but I can’t eat all of this food traveling alone, and would rather have had my condiments since they came back anyway.....
Very poor service and quality. As a courier driver I eat in the car. The pizza wasn't cut right so I had to pull over and use my multitool to cut it myself. Plus, they don't have an awning over the takeout window so I got drenched in the pouring rain. Had to ask for napkins. Coupled with their snarky uncaring attitude it was a very disappointing experience.
This Pizza Hut never lets me down. We had a mix up with our pasta last time we went but since we always usually have great service, we let it go..
No complaints here. I ordered the pizzas on an app just after they opened (they open at noon Sunday), and when I got there at 12:30, the pizzas were coming out of the oven!!! Totally worth it.
The food Is good n easy to order over the phone
