Grate is Great!nVicki was here yesterday. She arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. Had all the proper tools and gear to take care of our fireplace as well as make sure no dirt or damage was done to our home. Vicki did a great job! Fixed my problem as well as cleaned the unit; it has never look better than this except when it was brand new. We couldn't be happier.

I can not say enough good things!!!! I called today because we needed to discuss some fireplace issues and we thought this was a good time to start the process. Mr.Ball not only came out in about 30 minutes but gave us some wonderful advice, was kind, masked and instructural. I realized that I had not had my fireplace serviced for 10 years. I scheduled an appointment. The technician, also one of the owners, showed up on time, and not only thoroughly cleaned my fireplace, but was quite personable as well. Once she finished cleaning, she artfully reaaranged the logs and added some embers for an extra touch. Recommend them highly.
I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this family owned business. Doug was extremely helpful when I went to the store, and I cannot say enough about John and Michael who did the installation. Highly knowledgeable, professional and dog lovers!
