Horrible manager! I called about my daughter’s books not being returned due to a family matter. Therefore, she was not able to return them. The manager had a very rude attitude with me and insisted she could not do anything about the books. Although, my daughter had witnessed her returning another student’s books after the rental date. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
