On March 18th, I placed a small order to Zeno's using my phone.nI order a rib-eye steak sub with all the extras for about. $12.99. I also ordered extra steak which is listed as $2.99 extra. I finish placing my order.nThe hostess then proceeds to tell me the manager has decided that extra steak on a steak sub will cost $13.99! No joke. I even explained that using their logic would be that the extra sbsbvhbhteak would cost more than an entire sub. Unbelievable. So no extra steak and when they delivered the food, the bread was cold and no chips on my plate.
Im a fan of the food most of the time. It always taste good but if you get it delivered it's usually kinda cold and im not far from them. Just warm it a little and it'd still good.
This is the only restaurant who delivers outside city limits. This accounts for a huge part of their business. The food is decent but no where worth the exasperated prices they charge. The managers do not compensate for food order blunders EVER. Expect to wait at least an hour if it's a delivery. But if your stuck without travel, it's worth it I suppose.
I always enjoy going there. The food is always good.
I orderd from my hotel and picked up. Person taking order was nice and the food was ready when I got there. I had the small Chicked Stromboli, fried okra and hot chicken wings. Stromboli was larger than I had expected as were the wings and the portion of okra. Everything was good I would definitely eat here again the next time I am in the area.
