Like the food
Was fast this time. Usually have difficulty at this store but today was easy and pleasant.

EXCELLENT customer service. We ordered 3 pizzas from them through doordash, and by the time they got to us 2 outta 3 pizzas were DESTROYED!! Called Little Ceasars and they said we had to call doordash, which I figured was the case no problem. Called doordash fought with them for almost an hour and they still wouldn’t give us our money back or replace our pizzas. Said if they refund the money it would take 7-10 days. So called back to Little Ceasars and spoke with the manager, cannot remember her name, but she replaced the 2 pizzas for us even though it wasn’t their fault! Thank you so much to that manager
Love the online order and purchasing, especially that I can use PayPal. Makes my trips to the neighborhood LC quick and easy.
