Horrible experience! I brought in my brand new Coach watch to have the battery replaced. The watch had never been worn nor the battery replaced before. The man replaced the battery and in doing so scratched the back tab that opens the back of the watch. It was damaged it so badly it is now permanently rough and jagged along the edge. I confronted the man and he denied doing the damage which was a lie given the lady I orginally handed the watch to confirmed it wasn't damaged prior to the battery change-out. Low quality service and clearly dishonest customer service representatives. Proceed with caution!
