Go somewhere else to fill prescription if possible. They don't answer the phone and will hang up on you just to have you wait an additional hr. Our emergency isn't their urgency remember that
I write this review higher than most on here because of the technician, Ann. Ann is always very knowledgeable and helpful to her patients. I know she is not only helpful to me because, standing in the pick up isle recently, I heard others saying the same thing of her. As a former tech myself, I know time is of the essence and the pharmacy is overwhelmed , yet she always finds times to look out fir her patients... Thank you Ann
This CVS has employed the worst lady manager of all time. My experience was absolutely atrocious; Never ever again!
I will not make this mistake again. This pharmacy is awful. My appointment from check in to being seen took less time. Doctor called 3 times before getting through to someone
I have always used cvs regardless of the high prices because they are usually super convenient and easy to deal with. However, this one of Fayetteville rd had to be the worst pharmacy ever. I’ve had issues with them every single time I want to get something filled and it takes way too long. The staff are almost always complaining about having to do their jobs. They complain in front of customers when the phone is ringing and they complain that it’s too busy. Even when they aren’t busy they take forever.nIm switching to a different pharmacy. I’ll be one less person to keep them busy.
