Five stars based on Wayne the mechanic and customer service. We very much appreciate Crossroads team working together to get us in first thing in the morning as we were traveling through from PA to FL and had no accommodations. Wayne was extremely thorough and explained everything he done to our RV to my husband. I would not hesitate to do business here!

Not only was I disrespected as a young Native American woman. Their customer service is horrible except for Mr. Tommy (he’s literally the only one there I personally think who knows what he is doing). The GM was rude. The old service parts manager was biased towards me, even made me cry. Horrible place! Unless you’re a light skinned person, don’t go there! Just my own personal opinion. Mr. Tommy I’ll give you (5) stars. But everybody else, y’all get a (1). Sorry not sorry. It’s 2021, y’all need to learn about having compassion and empathy towards people.

Outstanding dealership who puts customers 1st & foremost. Highly recommend those living in Fayetteville, NC to travel the short distance and visit Crossroads Ford of Lumberton - you will be glad you did. Talk to Johnny Ellis and/or Vic Garner they will work with you all through the buying process.

The new Ford dealership is better than most.nThey care for me and my needs so that’s alright we me. My Explorer was finished in 2 hours like the intake lady said it would be. I am happy.

Everyone (Hubert and Melissa) were very nice and polite.nnI don't care for the desk top documents, I had rather be able to have them in hand.
