Foothills Pharmacy

We are well pleased with the staff and efficiency of the folks at Foothills Pharmacy. Always pleasant to work with, helpful with obtaining refills prescriptions from our doctors. Having worked in a 'big-box' pharmacy chain makes me realize how wonderful a small, independent pharmacy is, and how essential they are for our community. Kudos to all.

The worst experience I ever had at any pharmacy anywhere. I try to do business with a local small business. Initially I called in to get a price for out of pocket expense for my prescriptions. I was told they needed the physical prescription in order to determine what my insurance paid.nI drove over 20 miles after going to my doctor's office (an additional 36 miles)to get paper prescriptions. I went to pharmacy . Front door locked with sign none in due to Covid. (A little bit of info they could of offered on the phone when I called). So back to my vehicle parked across street and I wait in line at drive through for 10 minutes. Finally it's my turn. I pull up and the clerk is on the phone with someone smiling as she spoke and ignoding me for 6 minutes. Finally I was noticed. When I handed her my prescriptions and medical card she looked at me like I had 2 heads. I explained several times what I was told on the phone by them and was told by the arrogant lady pharmacist they could not help me at all. I was getting a little hot at that point and said perhaps I need to take my business elsewhere. At that point she handed my 4 prescriptions back to me and closed the drive through window. The most arrogant, uncooperative pharmacy people I have had the misfortune to visit. Yes thay are a small town business which I try to support. But absolutely no customer service. Horrible Experience!!. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. If I were the owner I would invest in some people/personality training for the staff!
