It is not always you come across someone who stands out and goes above and beyond but Vennessa in the retail side has always been polite curteous and respectful everytime I have been in. She knew of my ongoing disappointment with CVS not having in stock Nexium 24-42 count (as that is the one the savings are always on plus the only one my dr states works with my other meds) and she had a truck in today so she took my name and number and would call if any came in. Hours later while putting away inventory a box came in and she remembered me and set it aside for me and called. I finally got to use my $8 off coupon and get another $5 extra bucks. Savings is so helpful as CVS prices have gone up. But Vannessa is a blessing to have at your store. Thank you SO very much.

Gave me the wrong birth control and was extremely rude. the guy is not so bad but the girl needs to lose her attitude...dissatisfiednnEdit: yay I knocked them down to one 3.1 stars instead of 3.2

Awful cold and allergies asked the woman at the drive thru if I could purchase flonase at the drive thru without going inside, very rudely told to that I would have to come inside and she walked away went down to Pamlico Pharmacy and the wonderful black lady asked me which one I wanted the 60 or 120 dose....a no brainer and all of my business will be with Pamlico from now on, the hell with CVS....period.

Absolutely disgusted.dr.called in 8 prescriptions.the nite before went there at noon the following day was told 2 were ready just 2 busy to get to other 6.mind you after spending 6 hrs at the e.r ....furthermore,the person was the rudest person I ever met.she acted like she was doing me a favor.wont ever be back
