My experience at Joey Griffin Kia was absolutely amazing. The staff here are incredible and were very helpful with the purchase of my new vehicle. My saleswoman Jazmine was awesome and very knowledgeable about the car I wanted to purchase. I stopped by 3 other Kia dealerships before deciding to purchase my car from this location and I can say that I’m glad I waited.
Great people. Not high pressured. Didn't get what I came in for because I test drove a different car along with the one I originally wanted. Walked away happy. The missing star is because while there was a soda machine there was nothing to snack on. I was there for awhile.
What a great dealership! The entire staff is willing to work with the customer, are helpful, deliver on promises and fair in pricing. In particular, David Chapman is a great sales rep; trustworthy, amenable, professional and fun to work with. Clarence Harris, the General Manager, is also a man of his word; empathetic to the customer's outlook and fair in his dealings. Finally, we drove two hours out of state to purchase our vehicle from Joey Griffin because of our level of comfort, and would do it again. BTW, we also love the car!
These guys are awesome! I came in with little to no hope and they got me done on a car im happy with. If you're in the market for a new or quality used vehicle, these are your people.
Oil change and inspection. Wait wasn't too bad. Man that place is clean and the bill was better than I expected. I know they're a Kia dealership but I bought my Ram 1500 there and will continue to get serviced there. Requested tire rotation but they said i didn't need it. Saved me a few dollars.
