I've ordered delivery from here for a while now, 2 years ago it was fine. Every time I've ordered in the last few months though, it takes over an hour every time to get the delivery, sometimes 2 hours. Food is always cold and soggy. I understand being busy, but to wait 2 hours for cold soggy food? Unacceptable. They never answer the phone either. When I finally did get a hold of a manager he said they only had one driver and that an hour and a half wait for delivery was actually Quick for that night. What??nOnly good thing I can say is the delivery drivers are friendly but they always seem exhausted and say how busy it is or how short staffed they are.. some excuse as to why it took forever.nGET MORE HELP. Customer service is severely lacking, I genuinely believe you could have a lot more business if you had people answering phones and more drivers for shorter delivery times.nBTW I've worked in pizza for 2 other big companies so I know the business. This is just poor management.

Lmao, papa Johns used to be the best pizza joint in Marion and now it’s run by careless management and employees. One guy just wiped his nose before making a hand toss pizza, nobody was wearing a mask and the service was disrespectful. It’s sad when someone has to pick around their pizza because of how unreliable papa Johns now is in giving a safe, secure and fast service. “If we lost it he’s just gonna have to wait longer, tough luck”

Ordered one large pizza at 6:45 pm via the app. Estimated time for delivery was 38 minutes. When 8:00 pm rolled around I called the store to get an update on the delivery status. Stayed on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up to try a different option on the calling system waited another 8 minutes on hold with no answer. My husband drove to the store to figure out what was going on. The delivery driver finally showed up around 8:30 pm. Sat in his car for five minutes. When I walked onto my carport the delivery driver drove away. My husband went back into the store to get a refund at this point.

Ordered pizza online. Order never came. Got email it was canceled. Called the store. They said they couldn't reach me and canceled my order. They never tried to call me at all. They claim the driver tried to call me 4 times because they couldn't find my address...which is on Google and findable. My phone was on and I had signal. We asked what to do and the manager rudely told us if we tried to place another order it was getting canceled because their kitchen is closed...it is 9:30 and the store closes at 11. Terrible service.

Pizza is awesome but I'm always put on hold for half an hour or more when I call to order. Most people around here will not order from here simple because it takes so long to for them to answer the phone. The app doesn't have the options that I want but the pizza really is good
