It is obvious that this business doesn't need my review but they go above and beyond for their customers so I must convey my appreciation.nnHad a blowout on I-40 and called multiple places for a non-standard tire size for my vehicle which doesn't have a spare. They didn't have new tires but very lightly used. They had two tires so I bought both so they would match...the price was $35 each installed and the condition was good as new! Did I mention they stayed past closing to wait for our car to be towed there!nnBest blowout ever, literally and figuratively! Thank you Marion Tire & Muffler.

I was in Ashville from TN to visit a friend on a Saturday. They made time to get my flat fixed before closing at noon. Good experience and faster than expected.

I was in a bind! My wife was on her way to work yesterday morning and had a sidewall blowout that couldn't be repaired with the included seal kit for the car. I happened to be off work that day and had 2 spare tires and an extra rim. I brought them to Marion Tire and gave the location of the car. I thougth that hauling the car would be very expensive as it requires a flatbed. The whole bill for towing and mounting two tires was so reasonable (80 bucks), and the customer service was incredible. I have to give a shout out to Ryan for such amazing customer service as well as the very sweet gal that works beside him. My apologies that I cannot recall her name. Both of them have superb people skills and treat the customers that I saw in their office with respect and kindness...this is something that I have seen lacking in the past 6 months at other businesses, so it it so refreshing to know that there are still some places out there that TRULY put their cusotmers first. I highly recommend Marion TIre and Muffler in Marion for all you tire and wheel needs. This is my third interaction with this business and I will always use Marion Tire and Muffler on Railroad St. Thanks again for taking such excellent care of us. You guys ROCK!!!
