This place does not give good quality lash extensions. For starters, most places let you choose your type of curl and length. La La lash only lets you choose the volume you want (natural, hybrid, or full volume) with no discussion on the length or curl. They also don’t clean your lashes prior to your refills. Additionally, I feel the lash techs have poor application or maybe the glue is just poor quality, because every time I went in for a refill the extensions were falling off within 24hours, and they were not connected to my natural lash. Just the extension itself was falling off. I was following all care instructions and yet the lash retention was still horrible. Instead of working with me to solve the problem, the lash tech Kaitlin essentially told me I must be doing something wrong and that if I came back again with sparse lashes at my refill she would charge me a full set. At that point I cancelled all future appointments. I’ve since moved over to Lash Lounge and my experience has been so much better there. I now have no issues with the extensions falling off so clearly La La Lash was the problem, not me. Do yourself a favor and go to a more professional and quality lash salon.

I go between both locations for work and It is by far the BEST place to go for lashes! My favorite is FUTURA full set! Ive been to all Lash Artists there and they are all equally amazing. I recently got my Microblading done by LT and I have never received more compliments! Definitely recommend!

Emma is amazing, my lashes look fabulous, and I will highly recommend LaLa Lash Bar to everyone! I was nervous at first, having never had lash extensions done before. But, Emma made sure I was comfortable and was very thorough in making sure I understood each step of the process, including the prebooking process.
