Sign out front welcomed Walk-ins. My wife was looking for a haircut, so we walked-in. There was one hair dresser working with a customer and we could hear someone in the back talking on the phone. The hair dresser never welcomed or greeted us, we stood at the counter for a while and then decided to sit in the waiting chairs. Twenty minutes passed and the hair dresser still did not address us, nor were we greeted by anyone else. We got up and left. You guessed it! The hair dresser still did not address us. This place has it's customer service tangled.
My husband and I go to see Tina Riggs regularly. Excellent stylist. We would be lost without her. Skill and wonderful bubbly personality, a joy. Highly recommend.
I love this salon!! Shannon has been styling my hair for years and she is fantastic!!
My stylist, Crissie U. is the best! She is so friendly and does a great job cutting and coloring my hair. I get compliments all the time. Also, everyone who works there is really friendly!
