Like most doctors office / ER. A waste of space... could have webMD a faster response than the ER could give. Wife waited for 3 hrs for someone still getting thier clinical hours to roll in a cart and say “here is a shot” when asked what it was for the doc in the box couldent even answer... class A professional... 10 out of 10 would rather sit at home and wait for a kids magic 8 ball to give me an answer rather than be worked on by a nurse or staff that can’t even tell me the pourpose in the drugs they are about to stick in someone’s arm... I’ll probably save more life’s by writing this then they will today

If you care about your family don’t go to the Emergency Room. Horrible service no matter the how bad the severity. People are constantly screaming in pain. Definitely understaffed. Hospital must be trying to save dollars no matter who it hurts. Sad

Possibly my best ER experience to date (and I’ve lived in SEVERAL states). Check-in personal were very kind. At first I wasn’t a fan of the triage old man (I was triaged immediately) but it didn’t take long to see that the staff liked him and he just has an old school demeanor. I was terrified initially because I didn’t know if I was just having an anxiety attack or if something else was going on. Every staff member treated me with respect and understanding. The woman who did my contrast CT Scan, in particular, was amazing. She understood my fears, gave me as much time as I needed, and chatted to help calm me down. Time wise it was no different than any other ER I’ve been to, but this one seemed more diligent and compassionate.

The only reason it get 1 start because you cant give half a star. Came to the hospital completely dehydrated and they did aboustly nothing to help only matters worse! No ivs no nothing.. I was better off at home trying to bring myself back! I asked for my papers to leave but they kept putting it off giving it to them to me. I would Tell everyone to go another place before coming here.

Left in room for 10 hours had the worse stomach pains and no answers! I was sent for a scan on my appendix and after 2 hours of waiting for results, they said the scans were compromised so they didn’t have an answer. Just sent home with pain pills and a note to follow up if pain worsens. I couldn’t even walk. A nurse said you better go to a better hospital ASAP! I did and Ended up having it removed by a different hospital. Never go to this place!
