Select has been a wonderful experience for us. Both Sarina and Erica, the therapist, have worked hard with my daughter, Katie, to get optimal results. They are very patient oriented and always went out of their way to find convenient appointment times to fit a very busy schedule. I highly recommend this practice.

Erica is awesome. My husband went to her for planters fasciitis he had been suffering from for years and years. He and our Podiatrist tried everything and finally he referred my husband to her for a procedure called “dry needling” after a few sessions he was relieved from the pain he had been suffering from for years.nnI was referred to her by Cary Orthopedic for my frozen shoulder. After going to her and her working on it for awhile I’m thankful to say, I now have my range of motion back in my right shoulder with very little pain and resistance.

I cannot thank this place enough, Sarina is so kind and reassuring, she made the experience enjoyable. She is polite and understanding and shared her stories with me and made me feel so comfortable. Erica is incredibly skilled and professional, she’s personable and friendly, her explanations of what we needed to do made me have faith that I would get better. If I ever need physical therapy again I will definitely be back! This place is truly a gem and the people who work here care and love their patients.
