I am certain that my post-op recovery has been faster and all-around better because of Pivot in Pittsboro. Maryellen's expertise coupled with her ability to support the whole patient makes her a rare find. She actually listens and answers questions so your treatment makes sense to you, which makes all the difference in the world when you're facing a long recovery. My ACL nightmare ended when I found this place!

Pivot Physical Therapy in Pittsboro is the second physical therapy office I’ve been to. My first experience with another business was disappointing. I didn’t want to go to any physical therapist again but a new doctor told me it was a must so I decided to give Pivot a try. The difference is like night and day. The first thing that impressed me was the office. New, clean, and like a large gym with all sorts of tables and equipment everywhere. But even more impressive are the people. Maryellen Halloran knows her stuff. She is direct, efficient, and explains everything while at the same time she is personable and sharing of herself. I’ve also worked with 2 of her assistants and both have been excellent as well. I no longer dread going to my physical therapy appointments and my condition is improving. I feel very lucky to have them right here in Pittsboro. Top notch service and I don’t need to go to Raleigh or Durham. I highly recommend them.
