Doctor Nelson and his staff are so friendly and kind. Beyond the excellent medical treatments he provides he has the best staff, they show a level of caring for all of their patients as individuals. They make you feel very at ease and are willing to work with you to accommodate your healing process. I've developed a lot of shoulder pain from my job and Doctor Nelson has helped tremendously.nHe also took the time to diagnose my issue, professionally and with care. He answered all my questions and walked me through his recommended treatment. I Strongly recommend!!!

Dr. Nelson is wonderful with his patients. Just after one visit, I can see a huge improvement in my overall well-being. I definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs chiropractic care plus the staffnwas SUPER friendly and very informative. I’ve always been very skeptical of chiropractors, but they explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. Dr.Nelson is the BEST Chiropractor in Sanford !!!

I have been going to Dr. Gary for 3 months and the therapy for my neck and back have helped me tremendously. He is efficient, kind and amazing all around. The hand adjustments help me release tension. I walk out feeling better every single time. The girls are like family, very nice and welcoming.

I would highly recommend N&N chiropractic. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Dr.Nelson is excellent at his job. He always goes the extra mile to explain what is going on and how it would be best to treat my back pain. I have had great results as a patient.

The best Chiropractor in town! They have a friendly environment with amazing staff. I love Dr. Garry and the girls. I always walk out feeling relaxed, they do such a great job at treating my neck and back pain. Definitely recommend this practice.
