Today was my last appointment with Hannah, and it's definitely bittersweet for me. She has been so wonderfully patient, kind, and encouraging in my postural restoration journey.nnI first visited BIA Apex to address concerns I've had with my posture. I've dealt with posture issues for most of my adult life, but Hannah helped me make so much more progress than I've ever had before. She's helped me become equipped to identify and address concerns with my body and to enjoy exercise again by being able to do it safely.nnIf I could hire Hannah as a personal trainer, I would. I had a lot of fun picking her brain about muscles, nerves, and the body as a whole while she taught and guided me through new exercises to challenge and strengthen me.nnJulie, who works reception, is also very hardworking, patient, and kind. She helps give BIA Apex its friendly and welcoming atmosphere along with the rest of the staff.nnI can't recommend BIA Apex enough. I genuinely can't think of a single complaint against them. I've had so much fun learning and growing there, and I'm very thankful that I got to work with them. They care about their patients as people.nn-Andrew Brooks

I have been seeing Mary Brian for several months now and have been making great progress with pelvic floor issues. I had seen another physical therapist at another place for a few months before with no real progress, then found Back in Action and had hoped I would get to see Mary based on other reviews. Mary is very knowledgeable and happy to see me at our appointments. She really cares about her patients and is quick to email me back with any questions I have. I'm very happy to have found Mary and excited for the progress that we've made!

After two emergency spinal surgeries I knew I needed help to get back the strength and flexibility I deserved. MB was the perfect person for the job! Her non-judgemental, compassionate, experienced... but down to earth approach, coupled with her inspiring energy to push me when I needed it was the perfect combination to get me back into action again. MB gave me back the the mobility I missed and brought me back to dog walks and gardening again! I am forever grateful for her role in getting me back into good health and helping me to do the work I could never have accomplished on my own. She is a game changer and I will be forever grateful!

I started working with Hannah Kirkman recently and she is AWESOME! She's very easy to talk to and fun to work with. I think it's really important to be able to connect well with your therapist and Hannah and I hit it off right out of the gate! She's very knowledgeable and explains everything we're doing clearly so I always know what's going on. Definitely recommend!

I recently went to Hannah for help with an injured knee. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped me get back on the trail and I'm running pain-free again. I HIGHLY recommend Hannah if you need physical therapy!
