My experience at Neatbeat was amazing. Preston went above and beyond to transform my hair and help me achieve my all time hair “goals”. She was attentive throughout my visit by constantly making sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. We discussed exactly what I wanted prior to the start of my appointment and she explained the exact steps we would take to reach my hair goals. She was kind and caring and I felt like I was hanging out with one of my friends even though this was our first time meeting. I left my appointment feeling refreshed and beautiful. I cannot wait until my next visit with Preston, she is truly one of a kind!

Walking up to the door was when my experience started! I was greeted with a chalkboard with my name on it as a new customer! What a sweet, charming touch! When I entered the door, the girls at the front counter were an absolute delight. (I feel so horrible for not remembering their names, I’m so sorry!) Casie, my hairdresser, is like the nicest, sweetest person I have ever met! So personable and polite and fun! Not to mention she gave me the cut of a lifetime and styled me to perfection! 10/10!

this place is amazing! Hartley is a sweetheart. she walked me through every detail of what she would be doing. everyone is welcoming from the time you walk in until you walk out. fantastic job! ❤nnEDIT- took my daughter in to get an undercut with a design in it-which they said that they can do- NOPE! I would suggest going elsewhere as they don't have any one experienced in this technique - we left and she immediately started crying! it was the worst.

I actually haven’t yet scheduled by appointment however the receptionist was incredible! She certainly had all the information I needed and was very knowledgeable! Certainly great experience!
