Awesome gym! Machines even blue tooth to your phone and record your progress! For those that don't you can even manually enter your accomplishments! TVs built in to some Machines allow you to watch tv or catch up on the news. Hot tub or pool to relax in and cool down after your workout. Disappointed not to see a Eucalyptus room or sauna though or steam room. But it's like 2 miles from my house. I can jog up work out walk home. Talk about getting fit!! Friendly staff and a clean facility put this facility at five stars!! And when I visit family in Southern Pines or Pinehurst I can use those facilities too. Love you guys!!
I can only review the fitness portions of this place. They have lots of cardio equipment. The free weight section is nice, just a lack in variety of cable machines. Lots of dumbells and barbells w/racks. The pool is great for laps but only goes to 4 feet of depth. Overall a good gym.
Good service. It would be great if the towel amenity were restored. Also, the hours are fantastic on the early side of the day but weekend closing times are way too freakin early. 1PM, really?
Great place to work out. Nice staff.
Nice clean facility...a bit quiet and not crowded at all!
