Local used car dealer. I had a great experience with my salesman Joe. I did purchase a vehicle and Joe made it a easy process. He showed me vehicle options and recommended exactly what I needed to accommodate my family. They do offer finance options.
This is the WORST place to get a car from. I got my vehicle 6/24/20 began having problems with the battery shortly after that. Took it to get diagnosed and they said that the car wasn’t worth fixing. I reached out to JT Auto and they said I had driven my car 227,000 miles. I tried to given them a chance to fix it and they kept giving me the run around. Stated that I had to take out a loan just to get it fixed. I highly recommend that people NEVER get a car from there. They are the worst! Staff is very rude!
Did not buy a car here but did make an appointment to see a vehicle the following morning. Drove over an hour to get there only for the vehicle to be sold the evening before. No call letting me know, just a few hours wasted driving.nnNow they want to make things right a year later, what excellent customer service.

Larry was very nice and friendly! He explained everything perfectly. He was very patient and understanding. They also have someone that speaks spanish!
