Aloha has been a favorite attraction of mine for many years. Animals have always been well cared for, staff is friendly, and they have a wonderful mission. I particularly enjoy feeding and petting the goats and admiring the peacocks. The only reason I left off a star is because many of the animals in the indoor enclosure where the birds and porcupines are seemed very distressed during my visit today. One bird in particular had plucked its feathers almost all the way off, which is a sign of major stress. It seems as if the zoo is in the process of building larger, better enclosures for some of the animals, so i have no doubt that this issue will be resolved soon, but it was saddening to see today. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon when some of the animals have some brand-new, updated digs. Keep up the good work, Aloha! ud83dudc4d

This is a pretty cool place. They have the animals up close and all the peacocks and chickens roaming around is a nice touch. The kids really enjoyed feeding all the animals and especially the giraffe. The staff is really nice and we even got a free peacock feather on our way out. All that said, the facility leaves something to be desired. It’s not exactly in pristine shape and could use some upgrades and polish.

Great local zoo. You can get so close to some of the animals, and there is really a great variety. Even an albino peacock and a white tiger! Great fun for the kids. Only downside is that half of the animals don't have information placards, and all the facilities could use a refresh.

Great place! Bring a few dollar bills to get food to feed the giraffe. You can feed everything except horses, monkeys, and lemurs. Employees walk around with small animals like birds, snakes, and monkeys. They let you get a closer look, and tell you about the animals they are holding.There is a lot of opportunity to interact with many of the animals. I don't remember ever having that much fun at a zoo. And the souvenirs are reasonably priced.

Didn't really know what to think at first before going. Our kids loved it and we had a blast. There are so many animals for them to see close up and actually pet. Would recommend for anyone to go.
