The massages at Zen are incredible!! I get them on the regular with Tom Cooper! Great atmosphere! Great vibe! I always leave feeling refreshed and revived!

Cancelled appointment due to masseuse not on time and building closed and locked. Masseuse texted that he got there one minute late(even though he was 3minutes late), so I shouldn't have left. At othe spas/studios I've always had to complete paperwork, check-in, or speak with masseuse before the massage appointment, so I arrived 10 minutes early, which I believe is cutting it close. Sorry, not my level of professionalism, so I cancelled one minute after my massage was to have started.
