They were very busy with drive thru orders but still made time for dine in customers. We ordered a lot of food as we had a party of 5 adults. Food was brought out immediately and piping hot fresh out of the oven. Nothing burned, cooked perfect, even the garlic bread. Five stars!
I would have given it a 5 star but: The call in order service that it switches you to when your local store doesn't answer the phone by the second or third ring has got to go.. I could not understand what the person was saying and I don't think she could understand me either and not due to a bad phone connection.. both times I have tried calling in my order is was not correct when I got there to pick it up... Takes less time to pull up and order at drive through and then just wait in parking lot for 15 min while they fix it.. Food and Staff are always incredible at our Sylva NC store ..
Excellent pizza I recommend the build your own pizza. Get the large size pizza so you can make it a stuff crust.
I agree with the recent feedback on here that, not surprisingly, happens to be mostly negative. Drivers are lazy and incompetent. Wait time is super long. Menu is thoroughly lacking. I've finally had it and started ordering from Domino's instead. I tell ya, the difference is tremendous!! Domino's have excellent customer service, their drivers go way and beyond, with a smile on their face. And I've always loved their menu (I mean they have salad too!), their tracking app, etc. To be honest, I didn't know there was a Domino's nearby as I've always seen pizza hut when I drive by. Do better, pizza hut!
They have sustained us through COVID! Great pizza, always delivered fresh, really nice drivers and manager!!
